A fully modified, properly glassy, and medium coloured crystal malt.
Overview
Rich, sweet, fruity and dark in aromas. Notes of intensely rich honey, molasses, treacle, dried fruits, and baking spices, with dark bready notes of pumpernickel and rye bread.

Storage & Shelf Life
