Typically added after fermentation and before final filtration.

A homogeneous, yellow to amber, clear aqueous solution; mobile and free flowing at all normal storage and use temperatures. Miscible with demineralized water and alcohol.

Supplied as a 1:100 dilution in propylene glycol. The quantity of the hop oil addition is determined by the brewer and depends on the time and point of the addition.

Pure hop oils diluted in propylene glycol, resulting in a product diluted to 1:100.

Alpha Extract is typically added before the final step in filtration.

Yellow to amber in colour, homogeneous, aqueous solution.
